How To Use:
- Apply a thin layer of blooming gel polish directly over the cured base or color gel. Do not cure.
- Using a nail art brush or dotting tool, add drops of colour gel polish onto the wet blooming gel. The colours will begin to spread and blend, allowing you to experiment with different colours and placements to achieve the desired effect.
- Once you're satisfied with the design cure the nails under a UV/LED lamp according to instructions.
