Change Of Mind Returns

For change of mind you may return items within 14 days of the purchase date. Please fill in this form or contact us within the 14 day period for authorization before you return any items. 

• Items must be in an unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
• Items in the clearance section may not be returned due to change of mind (normal sale items can be returned).
• The refund will be provided as a Gift Card.
• The refunded amount excludes any shipping costs
• Shipping costs for your area will be deducted from the return if you received free shipping and your total order value falls under the $150 free shipping threshold after removing any returned items.
• A restocking and administration fee of 10% applies to items returned.
• For change of mind returns you are responsible for any postage costs associated with returning the product.
• Custom products such as clamped acrylic brushes and some furniture is not available to be returned due to change of mind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All damage claims from postage or faulty product claims must be made within 48 hours days of receiving your package. Please email us photos of damages to info@diamondnailsupplies.com.
